Chicago, Illinois – NXT Capital announced that it has provided a senior credit facility to fund The Riverside Company’s investment in The Dermatology Group.
NXT Capital was the Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Administrative Agent for this transaction.
The Riverside Company is a global private equity firm focused on acquiring and investing in growing businesses valued at up to $300 million. Since its founding in 1988, Riverside has invested in more than 400 transactions. The firm’s international portfolio includes more than 80 companies.

The Dermatology Group, founded in 1992 and headquartered in West Orange, New Jersey, is a leading provider of dermatology services to the central and north New Jersey region.
This is NXT Capital’s third dermatology platform investment since 2012.
