Chicago, Illinois – NXT Capital announced that it has provided financing for Altamont Capital Partners’ investment in Access Holdco Management, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NXT Capital was the Joint Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent and Joint Bookrunner for this transaction.
Altamont Capital Partners is a private equity firm based in the San Francisco Bay area that has over $1 billion in capital under management. The firm invests in change-intensive middle market businesses and has made numerous investments in the insurance sector.
