Michael is responsible for the negotiation, documentation and on-going management of CLOs and structured products. Michael is also responsible for liquidity management for NXT’s balance sheet and managed programs.
Michael brings over 15 years of experience in middle market commercial finance. Before joining NXT Capital in 2013 as a member of the Treasury team, he was an Associate at Bank of New York Mellon where he was responsible for CLO reporting of several managers.
Michael earned a B.A. from Michigan State University.
