Chicago, Illinois – NXT Capital announced today that it provided a $21 million first mortgage loan to finance the acquisition of four office buildings within the Centerpointe office campus.  The buildings total more than 105,000 square feet.

The eight-building Centerpointe office campus is located at the intersection of Jamboree Road and MacArthur Boulevard, providing convenient access to Orange County, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Tustin and Newport Beach.

NXT Capital’s Real Estate Finance group primarily serves experienced real estate investors.
