Chicago, Illinois – NXT Capital announced today that it closed a $54.7 million commitment to refinance a 312,000 square-foot Class A office building in Richardson, Texas.

The property offers convenient access to the Central Expressway and the President George Bush Turnpike. Building amenities include a fitness center, full-service deli, bocce ball court, shuttle to the nearest DART station, trail access to the Spring Creek Nature Preserve and access to the North Dallas trail network.

Greg Young in the Houston office of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital placed the transaction with NXT Capital.
