Chicago, Illinois – NXT Capital announced today that it closed a $20 million loan to finance the acquisition of 200 Ashford, a five-story, 159,000 square foot, Class A- office building located in Atlanta, Georgia.

200 Ashford is located less than five minutes from GA 400, Interstate 285 and the Dunwoody MARTA station. Property amenities include a café, a fully-renovated fitness center, state-of-the-art conference center and 24/7 onsite security.

C.J. Kelly in the Atlanta office of CBRE placed the loan with NXT Capital.
