Chicago, Illinois – NXT Capital announced today that it closed a $19.2 million loan to refinance Sugarloaf VI & VII, two three-story, Class A- office buildings with over 160,000 square feet located in Duluth, Georgia.

Sugarloaf VI & VII is located approximately one and a half miles northwest of Interstate 85 and 28 miles northeast of the Atlanta central business district. Property amenities include large first floor elevator lobbies, availability to provide direct exterior-controlled access to first floor suites and outdoor greenspace.

C.J. Kelly of CBRE in Atlanta placed the loan with NXT Capital.
