Chicago, Illinois – NXT Capital announced today that it closed a $17.5 million loan to finance the acquisition of Castille at Carillon, a two-building, Class A- office complex in Tampa, Florida.
Castille at Carillon is located within the Carillon Office Park with direct access to the three major bridges that cross Tampa Bay. Carillon Office Park amenities include a boardwalk and jogging trail, medical facilities, grocery store, restaurants, banking, a 100-acre conservation area, a four-star Hilton hotel and a soon to be constructed TopGolf location. Property amenities include an on-site café, covered parking for two-thirds of the total spaces and 24-hour access via key card.
