Chicago, Illinois – NXT Capital announced today that it closed a $33 million first mortgage loan to refinance 833 West Jackson and 322 South Green, two loft-office buildings totaling 149,000 square-feet in Chicago, Illinois.
The properties are located within the River West submarket, one of Chicago’s signature office nodes. Marketed as part of the V-Collective, the buildings include a recently completed rooftop deck with tremendous views of the city. The buildings are within walking distance to the Fulton Market District, one of Chicago’s premiere restaurant and retail destinations.
Bill Stewart in the Chicago office of Draper and Kramer, Incorporated placed the loan with NXT Capital.
