Steve TucciManaging Director, Western U.S. Steve brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate finance experience to NXT Capital. He was most recently a Director and Region Manager for Merrill Lynch Capital, where he was responsible for a team of professionals that originated a broad range of non-recourse structured finance products in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. In this role, Steve guided the funding of over $1.5 billion for the acquisition, refinance and construction of multiple property types. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Capital, Steve was a Vice President and Senior Investment Officer for GE Capital Real Estate and for Heller Financial. His background also includes serving as Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank. Steve graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Finance. steve.tucci@nxtcapital.com |
