Paul MullaneyManaging Director, Northeast U.S. Paul has 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate finance and has originated more than $1 billion of high leverage first mortgages, mezzanine and preferred equity at such firms as Merrill Lynch Capital, Heller Financial and Chase Manhattan Bank. Prior to working at Merrill Lynch, Paul was a Director with Capital Trust responsible for acquiring b-notes, subordinate notes and mezzanine loans and for all aspects of issuing two CDOs. Paul’s background also includes work-outs for PNC/Mid-Atlantic Bank, including negotiating, underwriting and closing loan restructures and selling non-performing loans and REO.
