Mike HuffmanHotel Originations Mike was most recently a Director at Highgate Hotels, where his responsibilities included managing lending and investor relationships, as well as sourcing debt and equity for new acquisitions. Mike’s experience includes serving as a Senior Vice President for ORIX Real Estate Capital, where he was responsible for national debt and equity originations for hotels, office, industrial and apartment projects. Mike also held senior origination positions for hotels and other property types at Merrill Lynch Capital, GE Capital and Heller Financial. Mike holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. mike.huffman@nxtcapital.com |
