Bill BallentManaging Director, Southwestern U.S. With more than 23 years experience in commercial real estate, Bill has extensive expertise sourcing, structuring and originating capital for real estate owners, primarily in the middle market. Bill served as Managing Director and Western Region Manager for Merrill Lynch Capital, where he was responsible for originating senior debt and mezzanine loans in the Western half of the country and helped build and manage a team of 15 professionals. Previously, Bill was a Senior Vice President at Heller Financial, holding various credit and loan origination positions.
