Kevin RostowskySenior Managing Director, Real Estate Finance Kevin brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate lending expertise to NXT Capital. He most recently served as Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Capital Real Estate Finance, where he was responsible for opening origination offices in the eastern United States and hiring and managing 20 professionals. Kevin and his team specialized in sourcing and underwriting first mortgage, mezzanine and equity investment opportunities for all property types. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Capital, Kevin was Director and Team Leader at GE Capital Real Estate and at Heller Financial. He began his career at The Travelers, where he successfully restructured and disposed of a $500 million portfolio of troubled loans.
